Your membership fee of $75 covers your entire household for emergency and medically-necessary non-emergency ambulance transport for a full year. An ambulance bill can be $2300 or more. Membership covers all out-of-pocket costs if you have insurance, and gets you a 25% discount if you have no insurance.
